Responsibilities: day-to-day management of the hotel and staff, carry-out reception duties, registration of guests, settling their accounts, supervise maintenance, supplies and renovations, deliver a standard of service that meets guest needs and expectations, baby-sitting facilities as well as organizing special kids programs: playground and pool activities.
Responsibilities: manage and supervise the Front Office department, maintain personnel records, prepare the crew Payroll and monthly prepaid gratuities as well as all relevant port clearance documents; handling crew passports and Discharge Books, keep a permanent contact with Ship Agents relating visas, embarking/debarking crew issues, monitor and assist with local Immigration and Customs formalities (meeting officials), close cruises and prepare the required end of cruise and month reports, participate to daily management meetings, attends mandatory safety drills as required.
Responsibilities: maintains a permanent link between students, parents and professors, answer all questions related to school strategy, involved in advertising and promotional programs related to school’s image, evaluate together with a high qualified team of professors, the future candidates of the school, mediate any issues related to students behavior or professional aptitudes, improve the relations between the employees from all departments –preparing the in-house newsletter with important announcements or decisions from the Management as well as organizing tours, trips to different objectives in order to positively influence kids creativity, group behavior, organize kids programs, separate for KG and for higher age groups: arts and crafts, cooking classes, pool classes, computer classes, visits to museums or zoo parks in order to put the children to interact with different environment.
Responsibilities: managing the Catering staff, the Chief Purser is responsible for an efficient running of the hotel/restaurant operations, supervise the Catering Stewards at embarkation/debarkation of guests, supervise cleaning of all guests and crew areas as well as bond lockers, beer and laundry lockers; together with the Chief Cook plans the weekly menus and the security of all food areas, cleaning of the Galley and that the Catering department is run in an efficient and cost effective way, also maintain personnel records, prepare sign-on and sign-off papers for crew, prepare all relevant papers for the ship clearance, attends mandatory safety drills as required, including training English sessions as well as PH issues related to Hygiene and Sanitation, participate to weekly management meetings.
Responsibilities: responsible for a smooth and efficient running of the hotel operations, welcome guests and ensure their expectations are met, morning closing of registers, running reports, balancing daily revenue and generating passenger statements at the end of the cruise, preparing the monthly inventory, handles the administration of the crew- sign-on and sign-off, cabin assignments, crew manifest, provide reception desk general info, deal with passenger complaints, money transactions, provide baby-sitting hours for guests onboard.
