Responsible for the Mountain and Health departments of the Decathlon Pallady Store. With a 6 member team I have opened the new Store Decathlon from the A2 highway. In Decathlon I succeeded to build, lead and mentor a team of high-performing in store sales specialists. I am responsible for the stocks, products and way of promoting the products, sales, relation with the clients. I am also responsible of the prices, our goal is to make sports more accessible and for this we have to offer the smallest prices of the market. I have identified in our stores products with higher prices than the competition and I have changed them. I have proposed to the Country Sales Manager the international brands that we should have in the Romanian stores to appeal the consumers. Also I am in charged with the store team formation program, I have made the right planning to assure the right trainings for each member in the right time. I have developed and I am inspiring to my team a winning personality, friendliness and high customer orientation in combination with a convincing attitude. I think the key of business nowadays is the well understanding and interaction with the client. With my team I have had very good financial results, we have exceeded the economical goal and we have established very good connections with the clients (many of them have returned after the first visit and many of them have told us that are impressed by our availability to help and to find the best solutions for them).
Coordination of PR & Marketing printed materials, including the weekly newspaper of the retail chain Kaufland. Every week I was responsible for the coordination and development of more than 50 different newspapers. They were printed in more than 2, 5 million copies. In the almost 3 years of activity in the Marketing Department of Kaufland Romania I have coordinated the production of more than 400 million newspapers and magazines. I was in charged every week with the development of the matrix of the newspapers, I have to handle all the information (products, prices, exceptions) from the all 50 newspapers and to be sure of the common and different pages to improve the production process. I have established a very good communication with the Buying Department and i have had all the information for the newspapers in time. Every week I made sales analyses to establish for certain newspapers the top products that were promoted in special places in the newspaper. I was the backup for the photographer; I have taken the photos (and also the photo processing actions) in the Kaufland shooting laboratory in the period of recruiting the photographer and in his holiday’s time. I have designed the HR flyers, brochures, calendars and stands according to the Kaufland standards
Coordination of selling products for electrical installations to all clients from Bucharest, finding new clients in this area; I managed the company network development through which it entered the market in Bucharest. It has also today clients in Bucharest and it has developed more the position on the market. I had the idea to develop links I also managed to develop connections with end users, real estate developers.
