Assist Head Chef in pastry preparation, production and presentation activities. Prepare a wide variety of goods as cacks, cookies,pies following recepies. Ensure stock food products according to food storage standards.
Preparation of various types of pasta , backing cakes, stocktaking.Organising storeroom, washing work surfaces, floors.
Develop sales activites ,make sure they are performed acording to company standards , coordinating marketing strategies, promotion,, sale and marketing public relations activites.
Providing a pleasant working enviroment.Ensure a proper activity in restaurant.Organization of events.
Excellent communicator with a strong team and customer focus. Skills in many different areas of food preparation. Ability to work long hours in a stressful environment.
