    Company activity field :www.lyodtour.ro international transports for people and goods. Transport across europe also transport intermediation (spedition) and my favorite International Relations with various countries of the globe .
    Responsibilities:in first of all to maintain a level of outstanding(due to terms) invoices to the lowest level posible and to ensure that all the shipments go in due time , i'm also in charge of the car park and our intern service to be properly mainained and to give 100 % of their actual power . i also do trip planning and negotiate colaborations with clients across europe . involving with new clients after of course i double and triple check them so they can be reliable ,this is also a valid procedure when we intermediate transports with other hauliers. Because when you do transport you first invest money in a transport and after you pay the fuel and tolls , and then the driving ,and then the wear of the trucks you make the invoice and wait for the payment to be made in the agreed time you need to be sure that your client is reliable. Good deals are not easy to find but if you know where and how to look you can get the best , some crooks sometimes try to con transporters , but I can easy spot them and i can avoid them and also avoid money loss this is my experience that ill share at my workplace of course.
    Recommendation:Its confidential now , but i can ask for recommendations from my partners across Europe from hauliers and also speditions and officials from Austria ,Germany , Hungaria ,Spain, UK ,Denmark and also the USA.
    Achievements:well in this time of great unbalance on the global market i am sure that my best plus is that i 'm recording a 10% raise of the profitability in the person transport and a 30- 75% per deal in the cargo department ....but that's requiring a lot of attention and lots of negotiations as obvious .Introducing new work procedures and new tactics of negotiation and more money for mileage strategy.
