    	Monitoring, inspecting and verifying the performance of the subcontractors and their respect of time scheduling and task completion.
    	Coordinated assigned site discipline during pre-mechanical completion activities including witnessing, verification to be as per design and specification. Provided leadership on all matters relating pre-mechanical completion and commissioning.
    	Checking all equipment before installation to be in good conditions and in according to standards and vendor documentation.

    	Supervising oil flushing for lube oil interconnecting piping, cooling water.
    	Supervising final alignment between turbines/motors and compressors/pumps, soft foot, distance between couplings, installation of coupling spacers and coupling guards.
    	Checking and filling with buffer and barrier fluid of mechanical seal system, pressurization and put into service ready for machine start up.
    	Supervising the alignment activity between piping and compressors/pumps, bolt tightening.
    	Motor preparation and execution for solo run motor according to project standards and manufacturer instructions (vibration checks, temperature checks, noise checks), checking of free rotation by hands, greasing.
    	Disclosure for any clashes with structures, piping, cable trays, reporting and promptly solving these clashes as per according to engineering instructions. 
    	Work Permit Applicant; HSE rules continuously following and improving.
    	Liaise with vendors, manufacturers, client inspectors and contractors for project completion.
