Project based – Projects F/P 1562 and F/P 1572 Rehabilitation of historical monuments from Romania Reporting and monitoring specialist for the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) Design and implementation of routine procedures and mechanisms (with the names and specific tasks of the staff involved); Design and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation tools (questionnaires, guides, control tables, forms etc.) adjusted to set indicators; Design of the charts with information regarding the works; Data contacting, including through contacting and discussing with local entities involved; Design and implementation of optimum formats for data reporting; Analysis of consolidated reports; Preparation of progress reports regarding project activities; PR activities (press releases, protocol) Other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Lobby and fund raising for rehabilitation of historical monuments in Sibiu County.
Fulfillment of all activities issued due to bilateral relations with Turkey and the Kingdom of the Netherlands; Representative of the Ministry for the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation - Global Heritage Fund workshops. Initiate, sustain and accomplish, with Ministry of Culture and Religious Affairs endorsement and in collaborations with specialized directorates part of the ministry, multilateral programs and international bilateral actions; Maintaining relations with specialized directorates part of Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Administration of major cultural and diplomatic international events: “George Enescu” International Music Festival, International Congress of History of Religions, Sommet de la Francophonie, common governmental meetings between the Romanian and Hungarian Government, exhibitions and festivals.
Reporting to PSA Peugeot Citroёn – France the situation of all negotiations with major business partners; Assuring the information flow from and to chairman; Elaborate and bring-up-to-date chairman’s agenda; Bring-up-to-date company manger’s files and documents; Performing translations from/in English and French; Preparing and participating to working meeting and negotiations with French partners and partners; Maintaining relations with internal and foreign business partners; Administrative activities (protocol, correspondence etc.).
