Key role in ensuring business continuity, acting as a process and subject matter expert supporting Global credit programs systems and processes. - Provide direct user support in order to guarantee that daily operations are functioning - Monitor and resolve all systems and process issues - Act as the primary linkage between the end-user community and additional business and IT Global support levels (level 2 and deep support) to resolve issues. - Vendor relationship in issue resolution, ongoing training to users, tracking and first analysis of enhancements requests, tracking of issues log and TAT metrics

Responsible for leading a team of 7 Customer Account Administrators, ensuring that daily operational objectives are met. - First level of escalation for team members regarding operational issues - Ensure team members use defined system & tool infrastructure - Act on defined business reports and controlling them as per audit guidelines - Ensure team members understand what reports highlight and how to action them correctly - Daily workload balancing - Collect and discuss any relevant feedback with Supervisor impacting the relationship with country team / internal departments - Ensure standard processes are performed as defined - Identify processes in need of improvement and raising to appropriate decision maker - Supporting management on business controls and audit requirements - Ensure team members are operationally trained, following the Operational Training Structure - Provide input on individual performance and development opportunities to supervisor - Participate in the interview process of new employees, as per request from Supervisor
- Act as the primary contact for country OM Team and Sales Team - Process and coordinate standard and non-standard orders for a defined set of Customers. - Ensure pricing, discount and other appropriate information is correct, including obtaining proper authorizations - Enter orders into HP System - Maintain up to date knowledge of promotions, discounts or any other information needed to ensure that orders are correctly entered - Proactive backlog monitoring of orders using defined tools and reports, preventing escalations - Control and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements, handle physical claims - Contribute to reaching the defined process measures and business fundamentals (e.g. turn-around-times, field inventory levels etc.) - Interface with the country OM and Sales Team as well as Contract department, Process Engineering, OM support team, Credit & Collection, Logistics and Suppliers worldwide.
- Organize PR events: conferences, products and general catalogue launching, exhibitions, (creative concepts, logistics and administrative operations, evaluation) - Designing the creative briefings for advertising agencies - Organize promotional activities, promotional materials (flyers, brochures, presentations) - Organize integration trainings (for the new comers) and incentives for the customers in France - Administrate the customers database (update and check, coordinate with the sales team and the support team in France)
