    Efectuarea check-out-ului la clientii care pleaca in ziua respectiva - se incaseaza ,banii , se pregatesc actele de justificare a incasarilor pentru contabilitate.
    Se verifica rezervarile pentru ziua in curs si se transmit confirmarile pentru rezervarile efectuate in ziua respectiva.Se transmit informatiile cameristei.
    Se introduc in calculator serviciile suplimentare transmise de la cameriste sau bar.
    Se efectueaza check in pe calculator la sosirea clientilor.
    Se verifica daca toate camerele corespund din toate punctele de vedere (curatenie,instalatii electrice) si pot fi oferite pentru cazare.
    Se predau banii la contabilitate si se verifica gestiunea si incasarile.Se predau la contabilitate documentele justificative(note de plata,facturi,chitante).
    In cazul incasarii prin P.O.S. se listeaza settlement-ul.
    Se completeaza zilnic Raportul de gestiune.
    In fiecare seara se anunta la bar/bucatarie numarul de persoane care vor fi a doua zi la micul dejun,deasemenea acest lucru se noteaza si in caietul special al receptiei.
    Se urmareste ca pentru toti clientii hotelului care sunt cazati pe o perioada mai lunga de timp,suma datorata pentru cazare si alte servicii sa se incaseze la fiecare 7 (sapte) zile calendaristice.
    Rezolvarea eventualelor reclamatii din partea clientilor.
    Intretinerea curateniei la receptie si in holul acesteia.
    Transmiterea corecta si completa a tuturor informatiilor ce trebuie transmise colegului din schimbul imediat urmator
    Gestionarea telecomenzilor de la televizoare si aparatele de are conditionat.
    Urmarirea atenta a formularelor de sosire-plecare a clentilor'',acestea sa fie corect si complet completate.
    Efectuarea saptamanala a situatiei fiselor de mai sus mentionate,la care ca anexa va fi un exemplar din fiecare fisa,si transmiterea
     Informarea clientilor despre toate facilitatile clientilor.
