    Training Manager
    -	implementarea initiativelor de training cu privire la vanzari si produse, in vederea influentarii pozitive a  vanzarilor

    -	dezvoltarea si instruirea continua a tuturor angajatilor astfel incat sa se atinga targetul impus al companiei( lunar/ pe eveniment/ categorie de produse) prin coordonarea si conducerea procesului de vanzare
    -	dezvoltarea competentelor si instruirea continua a sefilor de magazin si a adjunctilor acestora in vederea bunei organizari a activitatilor din magazin, a echipelor si a afacerii.
    -	formarea noilor  specialisti pe machiaj, organizarea si  supervizarea evenimentelor care implicau servicii de machiaj din partea firmei
    -	supervizarea si organizarea  unor evenimente ce aveau ca  rol promovarea  produselor  in incinta unor centre comerciale
    -	 dezvoltarea  pasiunii, dedicarii si promovarii  brand-ului
    -	vizite in magazin si motivarea angajatilor prin oferirea propriului exemplu
    -	suport permanent in procesul de dezvoltare al tuturor angajatilor

    Din 2006  si pana in 2012, tot in cadrul companiei,   am intreprins si activitati de:
    •	PR
     Colaborand cu revistele de specialitate pentru promovarea Brandului, a produselor si  a evenimentelor din planul anual. 
    Organizarea  participarii si coordonarea echipelor implicate in evenimentele de promovare  din cadrul unor centre comerciale . 
    Elaborarea si publicarea tuturor materialelor de prezentare a firmei. 
    Pregatirea evenimentelor de promovare a imaginii firmei.
    Cresterea vizibilitatii companiei in mediile de comunicare on line, prin promovarea brandului si a produselor pe  principalele retele de socializare.
    •	Marketing
    Monitorizarea permanenta a pietei si a concurentei.
     Identificarea competitorilor, verificarea constanta a acestora si identificarea potetialului prin raportarea la competitori. 
    Gasirea unor solutii de comunicare in magazine  si realizarea materialelor pentru anumite promovari, ex: promovare site prin adaugarea adresei site-ului pe masa casei de marcat, pe tester strips etc. 
    Realizarea unor  studii de piata in domeniul de activitate al firmei.
    Dezvoltarea politicilor   de cross-selling.
    Identificarea nevoilor  in prezenta unor  materiale de sustinere, a unor mici”artificii”  pentru evenimentele  derulate si gasirea resurselor si modalitatilor de satisfacere a acestora astfel incat evenimentele sa fie promovate  intens si sustinute de materiale care sa creeze „show-ul” , atragand clientela. 
    Gasirea unor noi modalitati de promovare,  a unor nise si a unor parteneri care sa promoveze brandul si sa aduca la cunostinta unui numar cat mai mare de oameni a produselor comercializate in cadrul companiei.
