Confectionarea pieselor de mare precizie pentru utilajele rotative existente intro termocentrala (turbine , pompe , etc ) piese unicat dupa desenul tehnic. Piesele erau confectionate din diferite materiale : C130 ; Inox;Bz ;Cu ;Al;fonta ;OLC45 ;OL37;etc si montarea pe utilaje rotative , dupa demontarea prealabila a celor uzate .
: Procede exactly as requested in the job description for the mechanical technician in charge with the department, the production, the maintenance and the repairing. At the end of each day I oversee the reports of the operators and I establish the priorities of the repairing team formed of: welders, mechanic fitters and wiremen. I make out licenses and I take the sights for each bias point according to employment protection rules and norms for fire-fighting. I coach the day-staff, I control and supervise the works which are done by the day-staff in the department: replacing the pipes following the drafting, replacing and repairing the fittings on the distribution pipes, repairing the pumps,compresors, greasing the bearings, replacing the damaged bearings, eliminating the leakiness by packing and changing the facings, retrieving the centering, rebuilding the couplings, changing the rotors of the pumps, cleaning or replacing the oil filters, repairing the gas and air ventilation, repairing the heat exchangers, boilers. I prepare plans for repairing and reports for the repairing done . I make lists of parts that need to be on stock in warehouse.
I have performed procedures which were specific to the foreman, to the mechanic assembly technician, as well as maintenance and repairing. I have ensured the preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of the entire thermoelectric power station, on rotating and static equipment by greasing the bearings, replacing the eroded ones, eliminating the leaky ones by packing them and changing the armatures, fixing the centering of the pumps and the alignment for all types of pumps and steam turbines , rebuilding the couplings, changing the axles, the rotors, the oil filters, adjusting the oil pressure at the pumps and turbines bearings, repairing the gas and air blowers, heat exchangers and boilers. When beginning the day, I took the work license from the head of department, I went to the supervisor (dispatcher) to endorse it. After that, I started working on the installation field, taking into account the instructions given on the license. At the end of each day, I went to the supervisor (dispatcher) and I closed the work license, made a report regarding the work situation. For the repairing of the same equipment, which couldn`t be finalized during one day of work, I was using the license for several days, until the equipment was running again. These licenses were delivered to the head of department, who kept them in files. I repaired all sorts of pumps which needed to be altered, and this procedure was made in the repair shops. After repairing them, I had to inform the head of department, if he asked, by making a daily report about the situation of the works done. I disassembled the rotating and static equipment in the order in which they were specified in the repairing plug. I took part at the service and overhaul (full repairings ) of the turbines of 50mw/h and 12mw/h. I made opening the body of the turbine ,disassembling , removal, inspection the partitions of the pressure steps, revision, alignment and repairing port-diaphragms, diaphragms for pressure steps, decoupling and removing shaft for blasting and rebalancing ,overhaul and rebuilding of bearings when been needed . I made rebuilding (restoration) shaft performing centering and specific measurement using the inside micrometer in order to center the diaphragms and bearings, removal, ovarhaul and repair the entire sistem intake and distribution room of the steam (intake valves of steam and hydraulic and mechanical drive system ) after technical drawing . I made overhaul and repairs of the all rotating and static equipments of the power plant (compressors, steam turbines, pumps, fans, boilers, vessels, columns heat exchangers, filters, valves, pressure regulators, condensate pans, retaining valves, measuring diaphragm, reduction and cooling stations, etc.). I assembled new technological lay-outs from pipe of different size and shielding according to the isometric drawing and taking into account that the pressure should not pass 40 bars. I drove the travelling crane, I combined and counterbalanced pieces of different size for unloading, transport and storage. I repaired hydraulic installations (the overhaul and the reparation of the entire control and protection block and hydraulic installations for closing the bearings of the generators, hydrogen-cooled; I changed facings and sockets. I repaired the static equipments: steam boilers of 120 t/h and 420t/h (I repaired broken pipes, condensers, safety valves, settlers, collectors made of black oil and acid.) I measured the mechanical vibrations of the rotating equipments (turbines and pressure pumps) and I recorded them in the observation book. I supervised the operators when they had to start of stop the rotating equipments. I wrote out a report containing the restoration done, I changed a few systems to reduce the consumption and to optimize the production. I arranged the stock lists with duplicates and expandable.
: I oversaw steam turbines of 50 MW / h and 12mW / h (condensing turbines with adjustable drains DSL-50 , CTR and steam turbines of the back-pressure type with adjustable drains CKTR) and auxiliary equipments: pressure pumps for charging boilers of 120 t/h and 420 t/h ; circulation pumps for cooling the condensers, generator cooling pump with hydrogen, transfer pump for transferring hot water from the degassers pre-heater; oil pumps for greasing the bearings of turbines and generators; hydraulic pump for the turbines` rigging blocks; hydraulic pumps for the sealing installation of the bearings at the turbines` hydrogen generator; air and gas ventilations; pre-heaters; heat exchangers ;boilers. I oversaw and recorded the functioning parameters of the entire installation, every hour, in the shift report. I explained the parameters and I acted according to the functioning graph describing the electric or thermal loading depending on the consumers requests (National Energetic System) and industrial consumers (Oil Refinery from Pitesti , Pitesti Petrochemical Plant and Pitesti Central Heating Station). I checked the installation, I took note and I learned the functioning existing schemes and the operations needed to be done in the installation. I oversaw the good functioning of the warning and protection system, optical and acoustical, and I verified that the power units wired on swift automatic switch were running according to the job description. I run the turbine (DSL-50 MW/h, CTR12MW/h condensing turbines with adjustable drains and CKTR 12 MW/h steam turbines of the back-pressure type with adjustable drains) and the auxiliary installations (presented above) from hot and cold state. I worked with programmed shut-down of the turbines and with breakdowns at DSL-50 MW/h, CTR12MW/h and CKTR 12MW/h turbines and their afferent auxiliary installations, according to safety measures. I isolated installations or some parts of them, repairing them by: discharging pressure and fluid, isolating them with chains and locks to prevent the accidents, delimiting the work area (on some installations the pressure reached 180 bars and the temperature was around 585 degrees Celsius). After repairing them, I made them run according to installing instructions (at pressure pipes, where the temperature was high, the heating was performed before according to a graph). I interfered to prevent and eliminate some cases of breakdowns (eliminating the leaky equipments, greasing the bearings, rebuilding the coupling and the centering of the motor-pump). I stringently respected the labor standards, preventing and extinguishing fires.

I ensured the preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on rotary and static equipment by: greasing the sliding and rolling bearings of the pumps; replacing the damaged bearings, eliminating the leakiness by using the packing glands or by changing the facings; rearranging the centering and aligning the runners for all types of pumps; rearranging the couplings; changing the axes, the runners, the oil filter; adjusting the oil pressure for the bearings of the pumps; repairing the gas and air ventilation. I fixed and repaired the damages found at the refining plant, static and dynamic equipments (pumps, compressors, pipe fittings, headers, relief valves, collectors, clarifiers, pipe furnaces, technological pipes, heat exchanger, pillar shape vertical-cylindrical machines,). Every day I measured the mechanical vibrations from the rotating equipments and I wrote the in an observation register for the functioning of the equipments. I oversaw the operators in charged with starting and shutting down all the rotating equipments. I prepared the reports with the all the repairing which were done, I changed a few systems in order to reduce the consumptions and to optimize the production. I also prepared the lists with the duplicates and the expendables which needed to be in reserve. At the beginning of each day, I was opening the work license at the head of the department, I went at the dispatcher to put a stamp on it, and then I was starting to work in the installation area, taking into account the instructions from the work license. At the end of each day, I was closing the work license at the dispatcher, then I was reporting to the head of the department the way things were developing. For the repairing which couldn`t be closed the same day, I used to open again the work license, the next morning, and at the end of the day I was closing it and the process went on like this until the equipment was repaired. I always went to the head of the department to bring him the work licenses in order to be filled. I performed the overhaul for all types of pumps used at the refining plant. At the end of each day I had to report to the head of the department the evolution of the repairing needed to be done and I wrote a report containing the daily evolution of the works. I dissembled the rotating and static equipments and I assembled the according to the repairing file, respecting precisely the labor safety rules. I performed the overhaul at the refining plant.
