    Responsibilities:
    My work includes food preparation and assembling. The restaurant offers to customers breakfast, lunck and dinner a la carte. Most of the dishes we serve are from the international cuisine: salads, cream soups, main dish like Sushi, Shrimp with vegetables, Seafood, Thalita with pesto and arugula, pastas, different types of sandwiches, etc. 
    
    The daily responsibilities are: making preparations for lunch and dinner like: preparing the salads, the garnishes, preparing the meat or fish for the main dishes, different types of dressings and souses, assisting the chef in the food preparation, cooking, preparing the dishes to be served to the customers, assisting in keeping the kitchen, refrigerators and store rooms sanitary and orderly.
    
    During this period I actively participate to different events in house or not which were organized by the restaurant and I have experience in working/cooking in front of people, presenting and offering details regarding the dishes to customers.
