Daily scan for threats on all the onboard computers and servers – using different AV solutions and tests. Updating the internal knowledge base with new solutions and fixes. Provide technical training for new employees. Lead new project for the Internet-café implementation (system setup, security and group policies). Responsible for supporting (but not limited to): Windows XP/Windows 7, Active Directory management, Windows Server 2003/2008, Lotus Notes, VMware, Antivirus products, Malware response team, DNS, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless routers.
Implementation and maintenance of the internal LAN (small network environment based on 25 workstations). Installation and support of desktops, laptops, operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7). Lead the roll-out from Windows XP to Windows 7. Outlook 2007 administration and support. Printer setup and maintenance. Updating the company’s main websites – product and information updates. Provide training for employees. Kaspersky Antivirus suite setup and admin console administration. Update the internal knowledge base with new solutions and fixes.
