The scope of the project is to construct the New Aviation Fuel Depot(North) to receipt, storage and delivery of Aviation Jet A-1 fuel to aircraft operating from the Airport. Main duties and responsibilities are: -review & approve all documents related to piping & rotating machinery for Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Start Up (EPC) phases . -review & approve also the Vendors & Subcontractors Documents involved in the project -check & verify if all activities from site executed by Contractor are going on properly and are complied with the approved Codes & Standards(DGS) by Client (ADNOC)
The scope of project is to replace the pipeline joints that running from D Island to the onshore processing facility “Bolashak” due to a gas leak in the onshore section because of sulfide stress cracking. Here I have the next responsibilities: -to coordinate and to plan all activities of work and manpower - to follow up and to check the excavation and take off from trench of old pipeline,cutting the joints(by cold+hot cutting machines) for replacement and making new fit up + welding(TIG & electrical) on 28 ‘’ pipes (CS pipe -API 5L). I also am in charge with providing and verifying all tools and equipments required in activities mentioned above. I coordinate and manage foreman,pipe fitters,welders,helpers(around 60 people)
The scope of project is to construct a refinery for processing heavy crud oil and converting into high quality products refined and coker product. Here I am in charge with construction activities having the next responsibilities: -to organize & plan the work and manpower -to follow & check the erection and installation of mechanical equipment- piping system using different pipe class(carbon steel,alloy steel,stainless steel -range of size from NPS 0.5 to 36"),all types of valves(gate valve,butterfly valve,check valve,control valve)all types of fittings, static & dynamic equipments like tanks,vessels,heaters,cocker drums,separators ,pumps,compressors, and also associated supports for all equipments using the isometric and P&ID drawings. -to order all materials and equipments used in construction activities -to follow-up & check if all materials are carried-out as per standard specifications of quality system(ISO 9001),design (ASME/ANSI) manufacturing (ASTM,MSS,API),testing(ANSI) -I also am in charge with following-up & checking of punch list construction and fixing all wrong items. I also am involved in hydrostatic pressure testing of piping systems using marked-up P& ID and the latest version revision of each isometric covering the scope of the test. Here I coordinate and manage the activities of the foremen,leadmen,welders,fitters(total around 100 people)
Here my responsibilities are the next: -to assure the interface between design office and site construction (in case of any discrepancies between office and site to raise and solve technical query) -to coordinate and to plan all activities of work and manpower -to follow up and to check the erection and installation of mechanical equipments-piping systems,valves,fittings,tanks,vessels,pumps,separators and associated supports for all equipments using ISO and P& ID drawings -to organize and prepair the start up activities -to order all materials as per site request and to check if all materials and equipments are carried out as per standard specifications(quality system,design,manufacturing and testing). I also coordinate the all executive and administration activities that are going on in site and in camp -belong client,contractors and vendors. In this project I coordinate and lead around 240 people belonging client,contractors and vendors

-to coordinate and to plan the manpower and work -to follow the erection and installation of mechanical equipment-water,gas,steam piping system using different pipe class(carbon steel,alloy steel,stainless steel -range of size from NPS 1"to 66"),all types of valves(gate valve,butterfly valve,check valve,control valve),tanks,vessels,heaters,instruments and also associated supports for all equipments using the isometric drawings -precommissionin & commissioning +start-up -to prepair the systems for cleaning, flushing, blowing ,pressure testing(remove from system spools, valves, instruments which can be destroyed in during of these operates) using P&ID drawings -cleaning,flushing,blowing,pressurize,leak test the systems -to remedy the critical items after leak test -reinstatement(reinstall all removed parts) to be ready for starting-up -to follow the punch-list and correct the wrong items if it was the case as per punch-list I also had responsibilities with materials procurement and order materials such as: -pipes carried-out by carbon steel (API 5L),low temperature carbon steel,alloy steel.stainlees steel. -valves(gate,ball,globe,relieve,check,control,butterfly definitely all types of valves),flanges,pipe fittings,gaskets -static mechanical equipment as vessels(horizontal and vertical), tanks,heaters/boilers,exchangers and also dynamic equipment like pumps copressors,,pump drivers(steam turbine,motors) In during of these activities,ordering and delivery from suppliers I followed and checked if all materials and equipments are carried-out standard specifications of quality system(ISO 9001,design (ASME B31.1,ASME B31.3,ASME section VIII Pressure Vessels),manufacturing (ASTM-A36,A53,A307 and A325,MSS,testing(ANSI) Here I coordinated foremen,welders,fitters,chargehands(around 80 people)
Coordination of work and manpower, looking after Installation of CHW pipeline network and ETS Room of buildings Resolve on-site issues, liaise with suppliers, senior engineer, etc., coordinate deliveries, call-off materials, quality control and inspection of works. During the working to Overseas AST I worked in 3 projects: 1 DHCC( Dubai Health Care City) – Installation, welding( electrical) and air testing of steel pipe network( API 5L – range of size from NPS2’’ up to 36”) for cooling water for Dubay municipality buildings. 2 Green Community West( Dubai Investment Park ) – Installation, welding( butt- weld and electro- fusion weld) and air, water testing HDPE ( plastic pipe, range of size from NPS 2’’ up to 12”) pipeline network and installation the house connection for villas and bungalows. 3 Jebel Ali Airport( Dubai Municipality )- Installation, coating( internal and external), welding( electrical), testing of fuel pipeline network. Carbon Steel pipe range from NPS of size 1,5” up to 24”
Installation of static and dynamic equipment (tanks, heaters, vessel, pumps) and interconnecting pipes, pressure tests, etc...Supervision of alignment processes, update of records to reflect any working maintenance, movements, additions or changes. I dedicated teams of welders working during shut down on piping and support welding both argon and electrical. I had also a small team of welders working in workshop, repairing different parts of equipment by means welding-rebuilding. Here also I checked with QC inspectors the correct alignament for pumps( made KSB-Germany) and other type of dynamic equipment like blowers( made Robushi- Italy ) and compressors( made Garo- Italy ). -call-off and coordinate the deliveries of materials like pipes(carbon steel,alloy steel,stainless stel)l,pipe fittings,valves(all types) static and dynamic equipments. -liase with suppliers and management office and also checking of all delivered materials if those are committed to the quality system,design,manufacturing and tesing I coordinated and managed in this position up to 125 people.
The main duties here were to follow the erection and installation of mechanical equipment, water, gas and steam piping systems using different pipe class: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel (range of sizes from NPS-2” to 24”) and associated supports and steel structure, monitoring and updating also the design documents, issuing and implementing the modification required by the site configuration. Also I have followed the replacement of equipment, the revamping and the related piping system using P&ID and Isometric drawings. During the revamping I cooperated with Termomeccanica System Ambientali which carried out this equipment. In this position as a mechanical maintenance leader I coordinated the activities of the welders, welder supervisor and QS inspectors( total around 100 workers)
where I had experience with maintenance of pumps (centrifugal, diaphragm and plunger type) and I worked as a team supervisor and managed in this position up to 150 people.
