Managing serving stations,prep work and assisted during large functions by arranging dishes delicately and precisely on pltes
During the first contract(2006-2007),I was charged with breakfast items daily.Upon request and according to my employer's needs.(2007-2008)I also assisted on the line for dinners and lunches.
Made pastries,cakes,tarts and so on all as per order.
Assist with making of tarts,cakes and various pastry items. Under the guidance of a superior pastry chef.Please note that during this contract i received 2 promotions and increases in pay.
