Cook help in the kitchen, helping the chefs and the sous-chef. When the main restaurant opens for the customers my principal duty was to prepare fresh menus and fresh food inside de main restaurant. When the restaurant closes, I prepared the food for all the staff with the help of one of the chefs
Receiving merchandise from the main suppliers and from the central warehouse. Arranging merchandise on the shelves and inside the freezers. (fruits, vegetables, fresh meat, diary products, frozen food)
Orders fro merchandise to the main suppliers. Receiving and completing the documents. I use the main computer to store the cantities and to complete the receiving of the merchandise. Arranging the merchandise on the shelves and helping the customers find the right product to fit their needs.
