F&B Supervisor is one step ahed to be Head Waiter.I had positions in the Buffet Aria where I had 14-18 People to make sure the job is done and I was working in the Alternative Restaurants .
I was the manager of the hostel ,checking every day the cleaning in the hostel ,the employees to do the job proper,the reservations to be in order and also I was touch with the guest.
I had 14 -16 Buffet Stewart subordinates in Buffet Area.I had to do the scheduled for them,to check them if they come in duty on time to explain their job ,to be sure the polices and procedures of the company are follow.
I had to serve 32-36 passengers breakfast/lunch/dinner.I had to explain the menu to them to be sure everybody order the dish according with their taste of food.
