Main activities and responsabilities: - Database management employees by Charisma HR (personal data, any type of dismissal, etc); -Managing employees documents and employees files; -Mantaining and updating Revisal program as law requires; -Elaborating all types of documents for company’s employees; -Preparing recruitment for new employees in the company (specific questions for interviews) ; -Participation in organizing employees evalutaion program; -Organizing various events for company employees (teambuidling, various parties, etc); -Participation in disciplinary actions (member of the disciplinary investigation committe); -Providing an efficient informational flow between the manager and the company departments; -Elaboration of documents, reports etc; -Administrative tasks; - Induction of new employees, according the procedure of induction; -Establish the main duties and responsabilities of directly subordinate staff (receptionist and cleaning woman); -Preparing reports on business travel, protocol costs in the General Manager’s office and other expenses in the department; -Responsability concerning the storage and organization of archive documents of the company; - Management and completion of various Registers; -Confidentiality of information performing duties
