I had the opportunity to go to Netherlands and collaborate with a Project Manager in different projects he engaged. I helped him in a total of three projects on different periods. The total of time i collaborate with him was approximately 9 months. As responsibilities i had to: • Offer support for various activities; • Help with translation of english documents only; • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences; • Make travel arrangements, reserve hotel accommodation and travel tickets if necessary; • Handle mail and correspondence (letters, faxes, other documents); • PowerPoint presentations; • Manage the office space.
During my university i worked as a freelancer doing translations of different documents, texts and articles.
Responsibilities: • Assist in the day-to-day running of the accounts office; • I performed a range of accounting assistant assignments while learning the methods, processes, and procedures of the work; • Prepared invoices to be sent to customers and clients; • Prepared reports to the management team if so required.
Responsibilities: Within the company as main responsibilities i had to : • reach out to prospective clients and build a strong customer base; • meet personally with clients to assess their financial situation in order to present a financial plan that includes both short- and long-term financial goals; • offering information and guidance on topics that include insurance decisions, by presenting them the company products and services; • negotiation and signing the contracts; Achievements: Achieved all monthly sales targets.
