Taking and recording appoinmtents for customers, reception and accomodation of those, preparation of formal documents.
Greeting passengers as they board and disembark, cleaning the areea of the ship I am hosting in. Explaining to the passengers the safety rules on bord and also taking care of the shops on board.
Welcoming guest when they embark. Explain some of facilities onboard and emergency procedures. Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of each room occupied and non-occupied. Prepare the room beddings twice per day, do room service from time to time. Inform guest about the cruise activities.
Sugesting and serving beverages. Taking the orders from the guests, relays them to the Bartender and then makes sure that the beverages are served in the proper glassware with the proper garnish. Assist in re-stocking bars or other beverage outlets around the cruise ship.
