Greeting & welcoming all potential and existing customers to the store. Matching the customer’s needs to the right product. Willing to approach customers and able to close a sale. Working as part of the sales team providing excellent customer service. Taking customer payments in cash or via credit cards. Excellent product knowledge. Occasionally negotiating with customers on price. Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and concerns. Having team meeting and sharing best practice ideas with colleagues. Adherence to all Company policies and procedures. Maintaining very high merchandising standards. Analyzing sales statistics and determining sales potential and inventory requirements.
Greeting customers while offering super customer service attention, taking, assembling and presenting food orders, requesting and receiving payment, operating the cash register. Checking stock of products and insuring proper stock levels and rotation. Checking equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order, reporting to management team. Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the food is being prepared, packaged and delivered to customer in a timely manner. Assisting new crew members in learning their new job skills.
Troubleshooting hardware, software and network operating system. Maintaining current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources. Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance. Providing individual trainings and support for potential uses of new or existing technologies.
