-Design, development and reliability of temporary electrical systems of Passenger Terminal Buildings -Equipments maintenance and repairs -Leading the electrical department (100 electricians, 6 Foremen, 5 Technicians and 3 Engineers)
-Responsible with asphalt production for the entire highway project -Leading the electrical department -Designing, building and maintaining the energetic infrastructure of all the job sites and Plants; - Provides supervision, control, coordination, and general administrative assistance to the Field Forepersons in the Field Construction and Maintenance Divisions; - Oversees the consistent application of City and Electric Department policies, safety practices, employee appraisals and disciplinary actions; - Provides general guidance and administers the Electric Department's safety and training programs for all field forces; - Coordinates and administers the repair, testing, and acquisition of equipment, tools, and materials necessary for field work; - Oversees and administers the budget for field work; - Monitor subcontractor’s inspection program and quality control program, drawings and monitor as-built. References, Other observations: I installed, maintained and repaired Concrete Batching Plants, Asphalt Plant, T and U Beam Plants, Crushing and Screening Plants, Power Transformers (20KV to 0.4 KV), from 630KVA up to 6 MVA (3 transformers in parallel, each of 2 MVA) with back-up generators, designing and making power distribution of camps and job sites.
