Responsibilities: • Provides full administrative support to the General Manager, including telephone calls, preparation of correspondence, scheduling, research, etc. • Organizes the agenda of the General Manager • Prepares numerous types of documents, creating and editing letters, meeting reports, centralized reports. • Written translations of documents from/into English for the General Manager, and simultaneous translations when needed. • Updates and follow-up of deadlines lists. • Schedules appointments. • Follow-up and regular reports regarding projects in development. • Keeps accurate records of documents and correspondence, managing a clear filing system. • Performs other administrative duties, as assigned.
