     Placing recruitment ads using different sources (recruitment sites, forums, blogs, discussion groups) 
    
     Searching in database for CVs which match open positions 
    
     Screening CVs and shortlist for interview (telephone screening) 
    
     Contacting the selected candidates in order to schedule interviews 
    
     Conducting face to face interviews using behavioral interview-based methodology 
    
     Maintaining the contact with the clients in order to optimize the recruitment process 
