-Supervising coordinators and interviewers team to realize research projects (door-to-door, CATI, Mystery Shopping, Central Location Test, Focus-Group) in accordance with company standards. - Setting standards and workload for my staff and follow their fulfillment; - Managing human and material resources involved in research projects; - Compliance with quality standards for achieving research projects; - Strict adherence to deadlines for the department; - Crisis management, rapid resolution of problems encountered in conducting research projects; - Design, develop and implement work procedures; - Negotiating the cost with suppliers (renting central location, buying incentives) - Provide trainings and informational support to interviewers for qualitative and quantitative research projects; - Organize and manage the phone and field checking, the coding process - Organize and coordinate the entire process of recruitment and selection for vacancies (participate in sorting resumes, interviewing and testing candidates); - Periodic evaluation of subordinate staff (county coordinators, interviewers, full employees) in strict compliance with company’s procedures and policies; - Collaborate with all departments from planning, buying, strategy to financial department.
Marketing - Commercial - Transport Department - Efficient centralized purchasing of products and services (consumables, Equipments, Fixed Assets); - Implementation of procurement policies and practices; - Measuring, supervising and maximizing the performance of acquisition in accordance with company objectives; - Centralized control of procurement costs and conditions; - Managing the company's relationship with suppliers and clients; - Creating and updating customer/supplier databases; Organising the storage and distribution of finished products; - Analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions; - Developing business by gaining new contracts; - Tracking the evolution of sales; - Implementation of measures approved; - Market research. Human Resources - Administrative Department - Taking, recording, distribution to departments involved, filing and archiving of correspondence and messages received from partners, clients, drafting correspondence necessary for carrying out daily business, creating and updating databases, drafting and editing documents and statements required by management, translating in English - Romanian, Romanian - English technical, legal documentation. Finance - Accounting Department - Conducting banking operations (suppliers payments, budgetary orders), keeping records of the operations performed (orders, bank remittances).
