• Managing the activity, people (186 staff) and administrative departments of Real Constanta: goods taking delivery, cash registers and cash register supervision, mechanical workshop, IT office, Dispo – the office where stock and price adjustments are made and where the goods orders are endorsed etc, deco, customers service, customers information, tailor`s shop. o Achievements: The recruitment and hiring of the whole staff (186 people) in all departments in 45 days and I successfully participated at the opening of Timisoara (relocated for 6 months for the opening project).
• Coordinating a team of 7 engineers, drawing up their daily schedule. • Issuing bills to managing contracts, talking to present or potential clients, settling the complaints, ordering spare parts, suing insolvent customers. • Coordinating the logistics and maintaining the link, concerning periodical reports, between Constanta and Bucharest. o Achievements: Reducing the percentage of unsatisfied customers with 40% in four years.
