• Asiguram desfasurarea unei runde de verificari a securitatii si sigurantei avionului inanition imbarcarii pasagerilor • Pregatirea si prepararea celor trei cabine ale avionului pentru primirea pasagerilor,verificarea stocurilor si existenta lor fizica in interiorul carturilor,semnarea documentelor de primire de la toate departamentele (Caterin,Duty Free,In Flight Entertainment,Engineering etc.) • Primirea,verificarea biletelor si conducerea pasagerilor catre locurile destinate,ajutorul dat la aranjarea si dispunerea ordonata a bagajelor de mana. • Dupa asezarea pasagerilor in locurile destinate urma un scurt serviciu cu bomboane si servete umede. • Decolarea era urmata de un serviciu complet cu bauturi, mancare si desert iar la final de Duty Free • Debarcarea la destinatie,in siguranta a pasagerilor era urmata si ea de o runda minutioasa de verificari.
• Ca ospatar responsabilitatile incepeau cu primirea calduroasa a oaspetilor restaurantului si conducerea lor la mese. • O buna cunoastere a meniului si a ofertelor zilei faceau alegerile mult mai usoare si dovedeau mai mult profesionalism din partea noastra a ospatarilor. • Serviciul in sine trebuia sa se desfasoare in conformitate cu standardele si procedurile implementate ale locatiei astfel incat sa se ridice la rangul de 5+ stele ale hotelului. • Dupa promovarea la pozitia de Shift Leader in scurt timp a fost deschis un nou restaurant si am fost ales pe pozitia de Asistent al managerului de la Beer Garden • Noua pozitie mi-a dat sansa de a lucra mult cu contracte, facturi, organizarea de evenimente,petreceri,conferinte de presa si pastrarea bunelor relatii cu sponsorii restaurantului • Ca sarcini adiacente se mai numara si comenzile facute catre departamentul de Aprovizionare si efectuarea orarului si a pontajelor pentru personalul restaurantului

Work Experience Qatar Airways (2005-2011) - Flight Attendant • We were in charge of different zones for safety, security and equipment checks before the passengers boarding • Preparation of the cabin and the aircraft to receive the customers and making sure that all the supplies and stocks are loaded by the respective departments (Catering, Engineering, In Flight Entertainment, Duty Free etc) • Welcoming the passengers and checking the tickets, helping them with the coats and cabin luggage, directing them to their seats • On ground service delivered just after boarding(sweets and freshets) • After take-off beverage and food service was done by the entire cabin crew team, later followed by duty-free service done by the Cabin Services Director • Disembarkation of customers at the destination airport followed by a thorough safety and security checks of the airplane

Majestic Hotel Olimp (2002) - F&B Manager/Restaurant Equipment Trainer • I was a part of the team that opened Majestic Hotel Olimp in 2002 on the Romanian seaside • I helped with the opening of 2 out of 5 restaurants by ordering the equipment and electronics (audio, video, air conditioning system, Micros System etc) • I was also the one who kept the training for the personnel and hired some of the waiters and bartenders • The owner trusted me and after 3 months i was being promoted from Restaurant Manager to F&B Manager • I had to supervise almost 100 persons from 5 restaurants one coffee shop, one ice cream shop and 3 different kitchens • The F&B Manager job was quite similar to the Assistant Manager position that i had in Marriott two and a half a years later but at a different level
