Cooking dishes after various recipes, according to present standards ,arranging cutlery and creating aesthetic ornaments for the dishes, recieving the raw material, arranging merchandise according to standards in storage facilities, keeping records of stock, cleaning the work place. This restaurant's kitchen is divided in four sections: 1 salads and entrees,where i prepared dressings 2 deserts,i made different types of cream,parfait,ice-cream,mousse,all of these from natural ingredients. 3 side-dishes,where i currently work,based of various types of rice,vegetables,sauces,ravioli and pasta. 4 the meat section.-beginner. For pastry products i used different recipes based on flour,water,salt and vegetable fats. For pizza and for the above mentioned cases,i had been realizing the entire technological process.
