Job Obiectiv:Housekeeper Area:In resorts Accommodation:By employer
Servicing bedrooms to the required standard, using cleaning materials / equipment. Supply & replace essential toiletries and breakfast items. Responsible for the housekeeping standards in the hotel/apartments, gym and spa. Providing an efficient and comprehensive housekeeping service. Ensuring that repairs are reported and carried out as quickly. In-depth knowledge of processes and procedures used in cleaning and maintenance. Thorough understanding of different chemicals used in cleaning and associated safety precautions. Replace and supply toiletries on regular basis. Report repairs where necessary. Collect food trays from rooms and return to the kitchen. Clean spills in rooms and other parts of the hotel. Inspected different rooms daily. Responsible for upkeep of housekeeping and laundry inventory, as well as teaching employees thei mportance of greeting guests and courteously solving their requests.
Social skills and competences: Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills. Strong ability to coach and counsel employees to reflect service standards and procedures. Experience with turndown service, special needs of VIP Guests, foreign dignitaries, etc
