Responsible for early morning buffet and service of evening meal. Preparation of tables, service of a la carte orders , clearing tables and general upkeep of restaurant.
Deliver customer service, at all times. Duties included handling all enquiries either in person or by telephone or email. Liasion with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the smooth running of the establishment . Preparation of reports for management. Attendance of in house training seminars.
Duties:Accepting incoming calls , providing advice and technical support . Dealing with complaints and queries . Setting up new customer accounts . Making promotional calls for new products.
Promoting the image and products, identifying customer needs, all activities on the cash receipts and payments, customer service with maximum care and patience, display of products being sold. Reason for leaving: End of contract.
