     I opened my own travel agency in Bucharest, Romania. In two years we were one of the leading travel agencies in the country. We were specialized in ticketing, cruises around the world by sea, Europe circuits by bus, special, tailor-made travel packages to basically any destination on Earth. I hired a staff that I trained to suit the agency’s needs. Our goal was building a loyal customer database and offering the best services on the market, continuous expansion. We succeeded. At the end of 2010 we were on the 26th place out of aprox. 5000 travel agencies in the country.

    - The Public Relations Department
    - The drivers of the casino
    - The reception
    
    With the Public Relations Department I was:

    - Organizing parties for our customers every two weeks. That implied contacting local musicians and entertainers, renting the locations necessary, negociating their fees and availability;

    With the Driver Department I was:
    - Organizing city tours for foreign customers;
    - Organizing nights out four our VIPs, assuring their transportation and protection through our security staff;
    - Managing our fleet of cars and renting more if needed, for big groups of customers;
    - Organizing transportation for our own staff, once the working program was over.
    
    With the reception I was:
    - Announcing the staff of the arrival and departure times of our customers, so that they can prepare the accommodation and other facilities or special packages for them;
    - Giving instructions for our current VIP customers that required special attention and services;
    - Managing the internal and external finances of the Protocol Department, paying out bills to third parties, giving out monthly reports to the Management etc.;
    - Creative problem solving, regarding foreign VIP visits:
    •	Customs
    •	Airport Police
    - Handling operations regarding the security and integrity of the casino, falling under the confidentiality agreement that I signed along with my work contract.
