Profesor de discipline tehnice de mecanica: desen tehnic, tehnologie generala mecanica, organe de masini, asamblari ale structurilor metalice, Autocad, si dirigentie.
Ca sef de service atestat RAR, m-am ocupat de coordonarea activitatii de reparatii. Reparatii auto: dezechipare, mecanica, tinichigerie, vopsitorie, reparatii electrice. Aveam in unele zile 40 de masini in lucru in diverse stadii. Inspectam si masinile la fata locului, unde se aflau in ateliere si tineam legatura cu clientii.
Am lucrat 12 ani la mai multe departamente cum ar fi: asistenta tehnica, avand in principal in atentie punctul termic, statia de compresoare, marketing, atelierul mecanic unde am fost sef atelier mecanic filatura si confectii, cca 8 ani. Atat la filatura cat si la confetii eu raspundeam de tot ce tinea de reparatii utilaje. Faceam desene tehnice pentru piesele care se uzau si fabrica nu-si permitea sa le cumpere, si colaboram cu atelierul mechanic central pentru realizarea lor ( executie, tratament termic). In confectii am lucrat si efectiv la reparatii masini de cusut- montaj, reglari de masini- pentru a sti ce fac subordonatii mei.
Teaching technical drawing. Diagnosing the source and troubleshooting of various technical problems. I teach pupils the technological process of "how it's made” a mechanical part of a machine or a machine", role, how they gather, and so on. My responsibilities is to make pupils to know to draw, understand and express the properties that components of machine must have, processes of manufacturing, how is gathering and dismantle the components of a machine.
Motorcar overhauling (mechanical, electrical, tin plates, paint). I coordinated the activity of the workshops (mechanical, electrical, painting and body of the car) totaly 25 workers. Duties include: Welcomed the customers, booked vehicles within the workshop, talked with the customer about what kind of problems has the car and than we proceed for the solving what was breakdown. Diagnosing faults on vehicles. Carrying out warranty repairs to manufacturers guidelines; stripping, fitting and replacing components on vehicles. Ensuring that all jobs are running smoothly and deadlines are met. Pre-delivery inspection. I had wrote down the invoices and receipts. Dealing with customer queries, keep connection with them for possibly return. For my own interest I also worked practical; I dismantle engines and put it back several times.
Performed maintenance and repair of semi-automated equipment, PLC controlled assembly lines, and handled all duties similar to those listed above. I had wrote down technical documents for the machine part that was go out of order. There was Schlumberger, Bolleli and Umaro Cluj –Romanian machines. Also documentation was made it, fabric don’t buy many of this pieces and we must produce there, in the mechanic workshop. I coordinate that activity for the pieces from clothes department and I myself made the technical drawing for all that. I established what sort of material use, the thermic treatment and finish process. The central mechanical workshop was good endowed, with many sorts of machine: lathes, milling, rectify machines, welding machine in AC or DC. I welded many times myself.
