Make the design for all Infrastructure Projects Supervise the works in site
- Member of the quality control and quality assurance team based in Pointe Noire. The aim of this team is supervise all the activities carried out by the contractors to assure the quality of the projects in accordance to project specification, ENI company standards and international standards. - QA/QC documentation and review Contractor construction electrical procedures - Provide Electrical Input to detailed design / construction contractor if required - Assist with the operations/maintenance team to optimize commissioning and acceptance of facilities from the project team. - Provide onsite leadership in ensuring safe execution of commissioning scope of work - Maintain documentation: as build drawings, vendor manuals, etc in respect of discipline. - Support and interface with the operations group during initial start-up. - Supervising and clearing Commissioning related punch lists and outstanding works - Carry out inspections on site on the daily basis reporting to the QAQC manager - Control the activities of specialist vendor personnel as required.
- Provide electrical design advice to the Design Team Lead Engineer to include estimating and electrical design works. - Provide first point of contact for the technical team in UK. - Oversee electrical works ensuring compliance with the design, standards and codes of practice. - Oversee building fit-out works ensuring compliance with the design, standards and codes of practice. - Responsible for ensuring application and compliance with the Health and Safety standards and compiling activity specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements. - Provide advice & solutions to site issues, to ensure project is delivered to time & budget. - Advise on sequence of works and monitor project progress. - Ensuring the appropriate QA/QC is applied, identifies defects and advising on remedial works where required. - Providing guidance on codes of practice, EU standards and best practice. - Attend site and progress meetings / site inspections and handover boards. - Assists in writing of O&M strategy, compiles O&M documentation and manuals. - Ensures delivery of assigned tasks in strict accordance with the Clients requirements and specifications in a timely manner. - Management of Works personnel and sub contractors, as directed in the performance of the assigned tasks. - Other duties as directed within relevant discipline. - Ensuring appropriate Safe systems of work are applied and enforced. - Perform take offs and pricing of equipment and materials on assigned tasks. - Produce Rough Order of Costs (ROC) and Firm Offers (FO) from take offs and pricing of equipment ad materials on assigned tasks. - Initiating ordering, correctly identification of materials to enable procurement via the Logistic & Procurement SRS system. - Attend and run site and progress meetings / site inspections and handover boards. - Advise and liaise with project client, stakeholder and end user. Resolve site issues and conflicts. - Develop concept designs and scope of works for ITT action for subcontractor works and carry out subsequent tender evaluation on tender submissions.
Project engineer for Lump Sum Revamps of the CATALYTIC REFORMING UNIT (130 RC), the NAPHTHA HYDROTREATING UNIT (120 HB) and the KEROSENE HYDROTREATING UNIT (121 HP) Responsibilities: During engineering phase check technical documentation to be according with client specifications Check and update Bill of Materials in conformity with site requirements and monitoring material deliveries Prepare Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan Prepare Site Handover necessary for starting the works Monitoring materials and equipments that must to be mounted in site and anticipate requirements Collect certificates (conformity, quality and guarantee) for all materials and equipments delivered necessary to prepare Technical Book (at the end of project).

Maintaining a close liaison with other discipline supervisors working in the area in order to coordinate all types of works in the area. Monitoring daily progress within the area of assignment and keeping records of quantities installed. Inspecting the quality of work on a day-to-day basis and ensuring that drawing data and specifications are adhered to. Update drawings, specifications etc. to reflect ‘As Built’.
