The field of activity was tourism and the company I worked for was a small inbound travel agency. In this agency, I was the person in charge to the contracts. More exactly, my job was to manage the contracts between the agency and the hotels we were partners with and also to assure the customers that they are going to benefit of excellent conditions, by filling in the papers of travelling they needed such as the vouchers.
My responsibility was to build a good image of the Malaysian products and to be a translator between the Romanian customers and the Malaysian salesmen during the one week showroom they held at ROMEXPO showrooms, Bucharest, Romania.
The activity area of the company consisted in promoting the domestic and international beauties in terms of tourism (landscapes and tourism activities) and my duty was to write articles on the given topics. The name of the magazine was "Prieteni cu Natura" ("The Friends of the Nature") and I used to write articles from the very beginning of it until its activity stopped.
My responsibilities were related to the games department, more exactly I had to deal with customers that wanted to play one of the games provided by the pier I worked on. As a result, I had to charge them and give them the prize they won. My daily tasks were to punch in, to open the games together with my colleagues, then trying to bring people to play by acting the role of some sort of a MC, and at the end of the working day, about midnight, we had to close the games in the same team and punch out.
My responsibilities were related to the phone calls only, more exactly I had to talk to the person and explain which are the benefits of the electronic format instead of the hard copy, the proper news paper that they were already receiving.
