-Prepararea statiei pentru ziua in curs -Ordonarea comenzilor -Controlarea mancarii : conditie perfecta calda / rece, imagine, gust, miros -Livrarea comenzilor in cel mai scurt timp -Suport food runner-ului in momentele aglomerate ale zilei
-Ospatar la restaurant cu o traditie de 10 an -Preluarea comenzilor -Pastrarea unui mediu de lucru curat si placut -Prezentarea meniului, explicarea ofertelor -Incasarea notei de plata
-pregatirea statiei pentru ziua in curs -mentinerea unui mediu curat si placut -coordonarea comenzilor
-aprovizionarea frigiderelor -aranjarea barului -servirea clientilor -prepararea bauturilor din cafea -prepararea cocktail-urilor(alcoolice - nealcoolice) -mentinerea curata a barului
Curs de calificare : Ospatar/ Vanzator in unitati de alimentatie , in perioada 01/04/2014 - 15/08/2014. organizat de A.J.O.F.M - C.F.P in urma caruia am promovat examenul cu nota 10.
-Preparing the station during the day -Checking orders -Food checking : perfect condition hot/ cold, platying, smell and taste -Food delivery in proper time -Support to food runner during busy time
Head Waiter in the best restaurant from my city, with a tradition of 10 years. Job skills : -welcoming the clients - driving the clients to the chosen table -explaining the menu, explaining the special offers also -taking the order -serving the food and drinks in perfect condition and at the highest level -taking care of clients, to be satisfied and happy all the time -preparing the bill
My job was as food runner, from May til the middle of October, After that, until the end of the season, i was waiter assistent on the beach. Skills : -positive atitude -hard worker -team player -punctual person -clean and fresh all the time
My priorities: -arranging the tables (doing the maise-en-place) -make sure that everything is clean and shine -welcoming and directing the costumers to the tables -present the menu in front of the costumers and explain them ,as well about the special offers -serving order fast , clean, at the highest level and customer expectations -cleaning the tables
Studying and practicing this job, for 6 months, and in the end finishing with 10, being qualified as Head Waiter in 19. August. 2014.
