Work domain - Sales:
- order registration in SAP system,
- checking the Layout for Order Confirmation document (to be signed by the customer) and Launching document (to
be signed by the Production Department)
- check/ follow up of price conditions (transport, discount, insurance, financing and factoring commission) with
influence on the net premium report and other reports.
- check/ follow up the data accordance between fabrication terms comprised on the Launching document and
fabrication terms given by SM
- SAP reports for order status: stock, delivered quantities, partial deliveries, invoice and invoiced quantities,
- registration/ follow up of launched quantities in the Daily IC in order not to exceed the allowed quota per day,
- keep in touch with Production Department for correct registration/ execution of aluminium sheets & coils products,
taking also into account the rules imposed by the Techical Department concerning the quantities that must be
launched depending on the size of sheets & coils
- commercial correspondence related mainly to order registration in SAP system: placed orders in order to clarify/ modify technical/ commercial aspects; already launched orders for changing details as size/ quantity at customer’s request; delays, deliveries and order status info; closing position against orders that exceed accepted quantity tolerance, offers if any,
- market structure for my team area (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Baltic countries per customer, country, region, product type, month),
- filing order documents: order, commercial terms given by SM, technical notification – if there is any, order confirmation signed by the customer, internal Launching document, any additional changes regarding the order.
- monthly/ weekly Cash Seller/ 3M Seller LME quotation status.
