Responsibilities: -Delivering support and logistics to the day-to-day activities on foundation events. -Performing secretarial duties, schedule appointments, compose and type routine correspondence. -Receiving and sending messages and informations( by fax, mail or post). -Upgrade the data basis of clients and suppliers. -Preparing accounting documents and delivering banking correspondence.
Responsibilities: -Controlling public institutions under Town Hall at local public administration level and internal control of the departaments inside the institution. -Internal evaluation of the departament controlled. -Making an internal audit plan depending on the recommendation of the Court of Accounts. -Evaluation of the risks management of the entity audited; evaluation of control systems. -Preparing the audit mission: statement of independence, collecting and working datas, identifying the objects audited, risk analysis. -Developing the annual report of audit activity. The report must contain ascertains, conclusions and reccomendations resulted from the audit mission, the progresses achieved by the implementation of the reccomendations, eventual irregularities, damages found during the audit mission, as informations regarding the professional experience. -Knowing basic principles in economy, legal field , IT , accounting knowledge, knowledge of fraude and irregularities. -Controlling the payements according to the budget commitements of the institution. -Interviewing the personal of the institution audited, verifying the financial procedures and the cashbook. -Developping methodological rules according to the procedures of the institution. -Exposing clear and convincing the goals, the results and the recommendations of each audit mission. -Ensuring and tracking that the recommendations are precisely followed and applied by the employees of the institution. -Checking if the actions mentioned on previous auditings were corrected by leaders and employees.
Responsibilities: -Guiding and controlling the private trade activity . -Ensuring that the legal disposals from laws are respected. -Verifying the procedures of making a commercial firm and how this comply with pocedures of making commerce. -Verifying the source of goods and the financial bookkeeping . -Controlling the payment of local taxes to local budget. -Verifying that all the traded goods have invoices. -Ascertain and sanction contaventionally the deviations from the legislation which regulates the acitivity of trade products and market services. -Depending on nature and gravity of deviations from legislation in force, may propose the suspension or withdrawal of operating permit. -Solve the complaints of the citizens addressed to Town Hall . -Brings to fulfillment in territory the provisions of the mayor. -Participate to audiences held by the mayor in order to solve the problems of the citizens. -Working program with public in order to resolve the citizens’ complaints
