I made and design the menu , I had a 7 members team! I done the food ordering , cooking, cleaning and team training !
I had with my head chef a team of 9 people ! I done with the head chef the menu , ordering , sanitizing and cleaning control , cooking ,training for the other chefs!
I started as a thirt cook and I finished as a first cook ! I was worked 10 contracts on all sections and on fine dining to! Last 6 contracts I had my team , of 4-6 chef !
