    - elaborarea de proceduri referitoare la modul de utilizare a autovehiculelor, implementarea si supervizarea respectarii acestor proceduri.
    Monitorizarea cheltuielilor legate de flota auto companiei.
    Monitorizarea activitatilor de aprovizionare, depozitare, transport, distributie, pe baza indicatorilor de performanta (KPI) si adoptarea de masuri de natura sa imbunatateasca acesti indicatori.
    Realizari:
    Elaborarea si implementarea procedurilor de lucru specifice activitatilor de depozitare, livrare, transport de marfa, precum si cele referitoare la parcul auto, proceduri cuprinse in manualul HACCP al companiei.
    Am participat la implementarea Lot Control in sistemul BaaN IV, apoi la inlocuirea vechiului soft, cu noul soft, SAP, fiind unul din key-useri in cadrul acestei implementari.
    Reducerea costului de transport in medie cu 3500 euro lunar prin optimizarea traseelor, reorganizarea activitatilor de livrare si negocierea de contracte de transport avantajoase.
    Reducerea la jumatate a timpilor de pregatire a marfii si de incarcare si expediere a acesteia, prin organizarea si dimensionarea schimburilor de lucru, prin dotarea depozitelor cu utilaje specifice desfasurarii activitatii.
    Reducerea cheltuielilor cu flota auto cu 25% in primele noua luni ale lui 2011, comparative cu aceeasi perioada din 2010.
    Am condus o echipa formata din 20 de oameni.
    Am monitorizat o flota alcatuita din 115 autoturisme si autoutilitare (atat sub 3500 kg MTMA cat si peste 3500 kg MTMA)
