Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Consultancy & Design of product offering; • Provide consultancy on product offering and pricing by using VDO tools • Guide Sales and implement optimal offering structure • Manage all quote requests Offering Deployment & maintenance; • Drive deal set-up & maintenance in line with Sales requirements • Manage End of Life and New Product Introduction in customer offering at sales request • Manage Personal Systems Group (HP Business Unit) offering and pricing update for countries within Europe Middle East and Africa • Obtain price approval for customer offering and circulate within account team Sales support and communication; • Act as Single Point Of Contact for the Corporate Enterprise Public Sector Sales for issues regarding pricing & offering • Proactively inform Sales on any major change in the deal pricing and/or offering Ensures pricing updates are done in a timely manner Daily/weekly responsibilities: Handling monthly responsibilities which include but are not limited to: Consultancy and Design of product offering: • Key contact for the Sales organization, for the customer E-Catalogue and portal related matters. • Provide Business to Business solution consultancy . • Provide consultancy on product offering and pricing. • Guide Sales and implement optimal catalogue structure. • Manage all quote requests. Catalogue Deployment and Maintenance: • Drive Catalogues set-up and maintenance in line with Sales and Customer. • Proactively manage End of Life in customer offering and catalogue. • Manage offering and pricing update across Business Units and coordination across regions. • Accountable for quality and availability of customer catalogue and pricing. • Obtain price approval for customer offering and circulate within account team. • Use internal tools to check account status. Customer Support and Communication: • Provide customized portal training to customers. • Act as Single Point of Contact for the customer for issues regarding product offering, catalogues, B2B portal access and features. • Proactively inform Sales and Customer on any major change in the catalogue. • Manage Demo/ Certification unit requests. • Offer management per customer (creating the configurations, the quotes, publishing the catalogues on line worldwide). • Develop a relationship of trust with the customers and the account team. • No escalations from the customers on the accounts I manage or have managed as back-up. • Very good feedback from the Sales and the account team. • Keeping the metrics within the target set by the Customer and Sales Support Manager Objectives and respecting the Service Level Agreements. • Transferring knowledge on the accounts. Monthly Responsibilities Handling monthly responsibilities which include but are not limited to • Reporting monthly target to Management Department. • Conducting monthly meeting with Team and ensure minutes of the meeting recorded properly. • Recognizing staff training requirements while evaluating their performance. • Generating and analyzing Quarter Reports that includes CSSM activities .
