     Coordonatorul  proiectului de management al sculelor aschietoare si al elementelor de dispozitiv aferente productiei de arbori cotiti pentru automobilul Audi si a proiectului  de reascutire scule aschietoare si reconditionare elemente de 
    dispozitiv aferente productiei de cutii de viteza DQ 500 pentru automobilele VW si 
    de arbori cotiti pentru automobilele Audi (ambele proiecte sunt obiectul procesului de productie al fabricii VW-ATD din Dalian-China iar activitatea de managementul sculelor pentru aceasta fabrica este gestionata de catre firma germana LMT-TOOLS al carui angajat sunt in momentul de fata). Atributiile principale ale activitatilor zilnice de lucru  sunt:
    
    
    ● Stabilirea, punerea in aplicare si urmarirea implementarii conceptelor de managemetul sculelor aschietore pentru fabrica VW ATD DALIAN CHINA, care are ca obiect de activitate producerea de componente si asamblarea cutiilor de viteze automate in 7 trepte de tipul DQ-500 si a arborilor cotiti pentru automobilele Audi;
    
    ● Conceperea instructiunilor de lucru si instruirea personalului de deservire (pregatitori de scule) in ceea ce priveste punerea corecta in aplicare a conceptelor de managementul sculelor nou implementate;
    ● Conceperea programelor de masurare a sculelor reascutite si noi in vederea receptiei calitative a acestora(pe aparatele de masurare in coordonate de tip Zoller;
    ● Coordonarea si gestionarea stocurilor de scule ale clientului (VW ATD DALIAN)aferente procesului de fabricatie, stabilirea stocurilor minime si maxime  de scule necesare;
    ● Pregatirea, montarea si masurarea sculeor aferente procesului de fabricatie;
    ● Optimizarea aplicatiilor de prelucrare prin aschiere din productie (este vorba de operatii de strunjire, filetare, gaurire frezare, rectificare),care inregistreaza costuri si consumuri ridicate in procesul de fabricatie;
    ● Organizarea logística si gestionarea depozitelor de scule aferente celor doua proiecte;
    ● Analiza consumurilor si costurilor de scule aschietoare pentru fiiecare articol
    gestionat si intocmirea rapoartelor periodice (saptamanale si lunare) catre clientul
    direct (departamentul de productie);
    ● Evaluarea si dimensionarea corecta a stocurilor de scule in deplina concordanta
    cu volumul productiei planificate;
    ● Analiza consumurilor critice de scule aschietoare, stabilirea cauzelor care determina aceste consumuri si stabilirea de masuri care sa diminueze sau sa
    elimine aceste consumuri;
    ● Optimizarea metodologiei de lucru existente in vederea unei bune desfasurari a activitatii de management al sculelor si elementelor de dispozitiv si a cresterii
    randamentului si calitatii acesteia in conformitate cu cerintele clientului direct-departamentele de productie (reorganizarea optima a spatiului de lucru, a activitatii 
    personalului de deservire, a spatiului de depozitare, a serviciului intern de reascutire scule);                    ● Coordonarea si gestionarea activitatii de dezvoltare pe tehnica, a relatiilor de colaborare cu furnizorii de scule, dispozitive, in vederea gasirii de variante optime
    si economice de aschiere pentru procesele de fabricatie si a reduce astfel costurile
    de scule/produs si consumurile critice de scule; 
    ● Propunerea (din initiativa proprie) de solutii de aschiere optime pentru diverse operatii de prelucare din procesul de productie (variante de sisteme de prindere a
    pieselor pe centrele de prelucrare, variante de regimuri de aschiere si de scule aschietoare) si apoi testarea, omologarea si implementarea noilor solutii tehnologice de prelucrare, optimizarea operatiilor de prelucrare aferente consumurilor critice de scule aschietoare prin initierea de proiecte de imbunatatire
    a acestor aplicatii (propunerea de variante de scule aschietoare noi cu
    performante superioare celor existente, propunerea de regimuri de aschiere optimizate pentru sculele existente, propunerea de geometrii de aschiere optimizate pentru reascutirea sculelor existente, optimizarea conditiilor de lucru ale
    utilajului in vederea cresterii productivitatii acestuia);
    ● Initierea, organizarea si coordonarea procesului de reascutire a sculelor
    aschietoare si de reconditionare a elementelor de dispozitiv (stabilirea sculelor
    care se pot reascuti si a elementelor de dispozitiv si care se pot reconditiona, organizarea locatiei de depozitare si stabilirea modului de gestionare a acestora,
    gasirea furnizorilor de servicii aferenti, propunerea solutiilor de reascutire si de reconditionare, negocierea ofertelor de pret, stabilirea volumului comenzilor si gestionarea testarii sculelor reascutite si a elementelor de dispozitiv 
    reconditionate);           ● Conceperea si optimizarea programelor de masurare si a metodelor de
    control cantitativ, calitativ si dimensional la receptia sculelor aschietoare si a
    elementelor de dispozitiv aferente celor doua proiecte, utilizand aparatura de masura si control din dotare;
    ● Conceperea, realizarea, optimizarea si urmarirea respectarii implementarii in departament, a instructiunilor de lucru, a planelor de reglaj pentru sculele aschietoare, in conformitate cu cerintele tehnologiilor de fabricatie si a telurilor de costuri de scule pe produs, din sectorul de productie; 
    ● Cresterea nivelului de calificare a personalului direct productiv pe baza
    organizarii de cursuri de pregatire si de evaluari periodice;                 ● Supravegherea nivelului costurilor  lunare si anuale de scule (raportate la bugetele de cheltuieli alocate), a marimii stocurilor de scule si elemente de dispozitiv,a conditiilor de achizitionare si reconditionare si respectiv a modalitatilor
    de receptie calitativa a acestora;
    ● Eficientizarea metodelor de lucru ale personalului direct productiv din 
    departament, in conformitate cu conditiile si telurile de productivitate si calitate 
    impuse de catre clientul direct (departamentul de productie) prin instruirea corespunzatoare a acestora in scopul cresterii gradului lor de caloficare
    (scolarizari si evaluari periodice).

    Coordonatorul  proiectelor de frezare rulmenti liniari si debitare aluminiu din cadrul fabricii S.C. Rege Automotive S.R.L. Brasov (20 oameni in subordine). Atributiile princupale ale activitatilor zilnice de lucru erau:
         
                               ● Coordonarea activitatii tehnologice si logistice de implementare si  desfasurare optima a acestor proiecte in cadrul fabricii;
    ● Analiza si eliminarea factorilor de risc in ceea ce priveste implementarea si desfasurarea in bune conditii a acestor proiecte, evaluarea potentialului tehnologic
    al utilajelor aferente celor doua proiecte (EFMA, PPAP);         
    ● Punerea in functiune si verificarea bunei functionari a utilajelor aferente proiectelor (trei centre de prelucrare cu comanda numerica de tip HECKERT CWK500 si doua masini de debitat aluminiu cu disc de tip KASTO wa M9);    
    ● Calculul bugetelor de investitii aferente celor doua proiecte, stabilirea telurilor de productie pe utillaje (in functie de volumul lunar planificat al productei si de
    cerintele clientului) si urmarirea atingerii acestor teluri;
    ● Stabilirea necesarului de personal, conform bugetului aferent, si efectuarea 
    interviurilor tehnice de specialitate pentru noii angajati;
    ● Urmarirea mentinerii costului de fabricatie/produs in limita impusa de catre
    clientul direct a telului calculat;                  ● Deservirea directa a CNC-urilor din dotare, reglarea acestora, efectuarea corectiilor geometrice in programele de prelucrare, montarea,reglarea si 
    masurarea sculelor aschietoare aferente procesului tehnologic de prelucrare si efectuarea controlului calitativ al pieselor prelucrate in conformitate cu planul de 
    verificare aferent produsului;
    ● Optimizarea tehnologiei de aschiere si a modului de lucru pe utilaje in vederea cresterii eficientei productiei/utilaj, a mentinerii conditiilor de caliate cerute, a
    reducerii consumurilor critice de scule aschietoare, a reducerii consumului de agent de racire a procesului de aschiere, si de energie electrica;                 ● Elaborarea instructiunilor de lucru, a instructiunilor de control calitativ, a
    planurilor de scolarizare si a planelor de reglaj aferente celor doua proiecte;
    ● Mentinerea utilajelor la parametrii optimi de functionare si de productie;
    ● Scolarizarea operatorilor de pe utilajele aferente acestor proiecte in ceea ce 
    priveste asimilarea si aplicarea corecta a metodelor de lucru (schimbarea de scule, efectuarea de corectii dimensionale, prinderea pieselor pe dispozitive,
    deservirea si reglarea propriu-zisa a utilajelor) si de control calitativ a pieselor fabricate;
    ● Urmarirea completarii corecte si respectarii prevederilor din  fisele de productie de la sfarsitul schimbului, a instructiunilor de lucru si de control calitativ-
    dimensional specifice produsului de catre personalul din subordine si apoi a inregistrarii acestor date intr-un centralizator la sfarsitul schimbului (SAP sau baza
    de date specializata excel);
    ● Coordonarea si gestionarea activitatii de dezvoltare pe tehnica, a relatiilor de
    colaborare cu furnizorii de scule, dispozitive, in vederea gasirii de variante optime
    si economice de aschiere pentru procesele de fabricatie si a reduce astfel costurile
    de scule/produs si consumurile critice de scule; 
    ● Conceperea programelor de masurare si reglarea sculelor aferente proceselor de aschiere din cadrul celor doua proiecte;

    desfasura activitatea de productie, precum si achizitionarea dotarilor si
    accesoriilor  necesare, in conformitate cu cerintele tehnologice si costurille de investitii in bugetate, pentru proiectele existente, in derulare sau noi transferate in cadrul fabricii, in vederea functionarii tuturor acestor proiecte la parametrii optimi planificati;
    ● Urmarirea atingerii si realizarii telurilor impuse pe departament (“0” greseli si reclamatii din partea clientului direct (departamentul de productie), mentinerea
    costului de scule/produs in limita impusa, respectiv 0.1 eurocenti/piesa, 
    respectarea bugetului de investitii in ceea ce priveste costurile cu necesarul de personal si cu dezvoltarea anuala a infrastructurii tehnologice aferente in
    conformitate cu planificarea productiei lunare si anuale a departamentului de
    productie din  cadrul fabricii, optimizarea continua a activitatii si cresterea gradului de calificare si pregatire a personalului din subordine ; 
    ● Coordonarea activitatii tehnologice de optimizare a unor procese de aschiere, respectiv a unor scule aschietoare si dispozitive aferente proceselor de fabricatie, in scopul reducerii costurilor si consumurilor critice de scule, prin initiativa proprie sau la
    solicitarea directa a departamentelor de productie, prin oferirea de suport tehnic direct si de solutii de aschiere optime si practice (folosind regimuri de aschiere optimizate pentru sculele existente, inlocuind sculele existente cu variante de scule similare mai ieftine si mai performante sau optimizand factorii secundari ai

    ● Coordonarea negocierilor tehnice si de preturi cu furnizorii strategici de scule aschietoare, inainte si dupa incheierea proiectelor  tehnice de optimizare si de 
    semnarea contractelor cadru de achizitionare a sculelor in cauza;
    ● Coordonarea tehnologica si logistica in cadrul departamentului a managementului de scule aferent proceselor de transfer a noilor proiecte de fabricatie din cadrul departamentului;
    ● Instruirea si scolarizarea personalului din subordine in ceea ce priveste asimilarea corecta a metodelor si conditiilor de lucru in conformitate cu cerintele tehnologice ale departamentului de productie, in scopul atingerii telurillor
    deprtamentului (atat pentru proiectele in derulare cat si  a celor noi transferate);
    ● Eficientizarea metodelor de lucru ale personalului din subordine, in
    conformitate cu conditiile si telurile de productivitate si calitate impuse de catre clientul direct (departamentul de productie);

                              ● Gestionarea proiectelor de optimizare sculelor aschietoare pe fabrica, activitate ce avea ca scop urmarirea realizarii atingerii cifrei de economii pe fabrica in ceea ce priveste reducerea costurilor de scule aschietoare prin reducerea volumului stocurilor de scule care nu mai erau utilizate, a eliminarii consumurilor critice de
    scule din sectoarele de productie prin optimizarea aplicatiilor unde aceste scule erau folosite, prin eficientizarea activitatii tehnice a furnizorilor strategici de scule 
    aschietoare (in vederea optimizarii in productie a propriilor aplicatii de scule aschietoare unde acestea inregistrau un consum ridicat), in conformitate cu criteriile
    de actvitate ale fabricii (telul cifrei de economii din costurile de scule ce trebuia atins anual era de 5% din cifra totala de afaceri cu sculele/fabrica iar telul de reducere de
    costuri aferent furnizorilor strategici era de 10% din totalul cifrei anuale proprii de 
    vanzari de scule catre fabrica);                  ● Coordonarea activitatii tehnologice de optimizare a unor procese de aschiere, scule aschietoare si dispozitive din cadrul proceselor de fabricatie in scopul
    reducerii costurilor si consumurilor critice de scule, prin initiativa proprie sau la solicitarea directa a departamentelor de productie, prin oferirea de suport tehnic 
    direct si de solutii de aschiere optime si practice (folosind regimuri de aschiere

    ● Planificarea si calcularea bugetelor anuale de cheltuieli si investitii ale departamentului, in conformitate cu productia planificata si cu telurile de cheltuieli impuse, raportate la planificarile lunare si anuale ale volumelor de fabricatie ale departamentelor de productie, in concordanta directa stricta cu cerintele clientilor directi (departamentele de productie) sau cu necesitatile de fabricatie ale proiectelor de transfer noi din cadul fabricii;   
    ● Coordonarea activitatii tehnologice de optimizare a unor procese de aschiere, scule aschietoare si dispozitive din cadrul proceselor de fabricatie;
