    -	Verificarea aspectului curat al cabinetelor medicale, salilor de asteptare si  holurilor clinicii, precum si asigurarea functionalitatii corecte a echipamentelor medicale si dotarea lor  cu toate materialele medicale de care doctorii au nevoie in desfasurarea in bune conditii a activitatii .
    -	Plata la timp a facturiilor reprezentand functionarea in bune conditii a filialei
    -	Intocmirea bugetului lunar si anual
