I was responsible for making guests feel welcome, dealing with room bookings and cancellations and handling general requests made by quests during their stay. My work also included duties like checking guests into and out of the hotel, allocating rooms and handing out keys, preparing bills and taking payments, taking and passing messages to guests, answering questions about facilities in the hotel and the surrounding area, and of course dealing with complaints and problems. Also I was involved by the planning, scheduling, and tracking of the rooms.
I was responsible for the stock, taking and receiving the incoming merchandise, cleaning the bar inside and the respective endowments.
Cleaning the rooms and sanitizing bathrooms, changing the sheets according to standards and preparing the room as required , corresponding by the location manager.
