My job is not only in the office. I search for contracts, I present my company's services to potential clients, I organize activities and appointments, I do all the papers I need (contracts, correspondence, some financial situations...), I try to promote the best I can the artists our company represents, I'm responsable for the relation with public institutions. Since I promote my artists, I'm the one who makes the advertising materials: flyers, brochures, photos, video and audio materials etc
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions; Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges; Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

BACK-OFFICE duties: • secretarial duties and manager assistant; • administrative duties; • concierge duties; • maintaining relations with clients; • cashier duties; • organizing and hosting different events.
Correspondence with clients abroad, translating official documents; - making out contracts, invoices and other shipping documents - making charging and discharging orders; - coordinating drivers from the distance.
