Position & role As a Head-Waiter I was helping waiters for serving and providing a high standards service,cheking their duties and side stations to be sure that everything is ready for the day.
Position & role Captain Server-Oct 2009-Mar.2010-I was doing the floor-plan,checking and sharing all waiters duties,organise every pre-shift meeting for lunch and dinner in a restaurant with more than 250 seats,especialy a la carte menu. General focused to exceed the guests expectation.
Position & role -I was cleaning and polishing the silverware,changing table-clothes,set the table for next seating,refilling all the accessories like oil and vinegar;sugar bowls salt and pepper,taking drinks and meal orders and making sure the guests are happy.
Position & role -One of th main duties is taking and delivering food orders. I must be able to discuss the daily specials as well as the restaurant's regular menu items. A waiter should be extremely familiar with the entire menu, including which entrees come with side dishes.
Position & role -After the meal has been delivered, I have to pay attention to the needs of the table, re-filling drinks, taking away soiled dishes and offering napkins or other amenities offered by the establishment.
Position & role -I have to welcome the customers, take their order, deliver the food to the table, serving the clients, give the clients information about the menu, serve them, and make sure everything is according with the standards of the restaurant.
